Tolmachoff Farms

This is our second year going to the farm, the kids were really excited to go. They were each able to choose a pumpkin this year. Devon was only 7 months old when we went last year. He thought it was so much fun to see all the pumpkins. Jesse is holding the pumpkin he chose.

Here's Hailey with her very cute little pumpkin.

Nick found a very orange pumkin.

The petting zoo is always a favorite. We spent quite a bit of time in there.

They loved riding the go cart. They were great about sharing their ride too.

Here we are getting ready to enter the corn maze, the kids thought it was the neatest thing to walk among the giant corn stalks. We learned that many things are made from corn, like cornflakes, and cornbread, and even some of our drinks are made from corn syrup.
This was something new, rubber duck races. You have to pump the hand pump and that brings up the water, and then watch your duck go!

This was one of their favorite things at the farm... the train ride. Over all we had a great time, and thanks to my daughter Aubrey and her husband David, for coming along and giving me a hand. We can't wait until next year.

The Park

We had the opportunity to go the park and the weather was perfect. So we packed up our sand toys and our lunch and off we went.

Our Trip to Tolmachoff Farms

We set out for the Tolmachoff farms to see the animals and the pumpkins. We found so much more for the kids to do. Jesse and Hailey in the corn pit, kind of like a ball pit, but with dried corn, what a cool sensory idea.
Alanna, Jesse and Samantha on the duck slide. They had the cutest play things for the children.
Jesse thinks this tractor is awesome!
Samantha on the tractor, it took some coaxing, but she finally crawled up.
Hailey driving the tractor.
"What a cute little pony" Samantha said.
Jesse wasn't quite sure what to think about this goat.
There were two of the cutest black piglets you ever did see! The kids were mesmerized by them.
Samantha getting a little bit of help from Alanna in the maze.
Hailey riding the trike through the maze.
What a cute group. They loved sitting on the pumpkins.
We're in the middle of the corn maze. Is there a way out?
Jesse loved the train, he kept pointing at it and was so happy to get it and turn the wheeel.
Hailey can't wait for the ladybug train ride to start.
Samanth is grinding corn, then they can feed the chickens.
Hailey loved the soft bunnies.
Hailey and Samantha were given the choice of choosing a pumpkin or a gourd. The decision was difficult, but the gourd won.

Jesse had the choice between a pumpkin and a gourd, which do you think he picked....yep the gourd! We had a great time visiting Tolmachoff Farms, we can't wait for next year.
